nice article, a lot of times teachers also teach children to be less fussy. Like the ones at Orchids :D

We pack healthy food for lunch and my boy does not eat some foods like orange, wheat bread and dhal. He likes pulav with vegetable gravy. Thanks for the wonderful post!

my daughter likes pasta. i mix all the vegetables in the gravy and a bit of mayonnaise. it really tastes good. try it with the Favorite food of your kid and i am sure she will eat it !!!

very good tips. but my daughter does not understand the importance of having vegetables and fruits. We eat everything but she hardly eats anything. she is a very fussy eater I cannot change her feeding habits.
